Compatible System
This unit ONLY works with the original BMW 1 & 2 Series F20, F22, F23 NBT system.
How to check if my original system is CCC, CIC or NBT?
NBT system
Identical features of NBT: ① a 6-pin LVDS port. ② a "MEDIA" button on the idrive controller or a touch pad idrive controller.
NOTE: A "Car ConnectedDrive" interface does not guarantee that you have the NBT system.
CIC system
Identical features of CIC: ① a 4-pin LVDS port. ② a "CD" button on the idrive controller.
NOTE: A "Car Information Computer" interface does not guarantee that you have the CIC system.
CCC system
Identical features of CCC: ① Independent slots for CD and DVD. ② a 10-pin LVDS port.
NOTE: A "Car Communication Computer" interface does not guarantee that you have the CCC system.
